Application Process

This is the process by which bookable access facilities can be requested:

Purchase a ticket through DICE or our instalment plans
Complete the Access requirement form below and include any supporting evidence
Attach a screenshot of your ticket or complete the form with the email you purchased the tickets with
We will then issue you a P.A ticket to present upon arrival at the ‘Guest list’ queue at the Wristband Exchange (main entrance tent), in order to receive your wristband(s) and other access passes

Submitting your supporting documents

When submitting documents to support your application, we ask that, if possible, you can:

Attach evidence
Photocopy evidence and clip it to a printed form if posting

This helps to speed up the process considerably.

Please feel free to black-out any sensitive information that relates to amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc. that might be on benefits documents.

Information / Evidence

The above access provisions can be obtained in one of two ways.

A photocopy / scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if PIP or Attendance Allowance) makes you automatically eligible for any of the above access facilities.

- Front page of PIP letter (no specific rate required)

- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)

- Blue Badge + driver’s license photo-card / passport photo page

- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)

- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to apply for the above access facilities, use the box below to state why you require them

You are welcome to post or email copies of any additional evidence that supports your application if you have any, or contact us to discuss your application. Your application will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Accessible Camping Information

A pitch is taken to mean for you and a PA if you require one, in one or two tents.

In addition, due to space constraints, we invite you to bring up to two additional tents. This is four tents in total per party or a total of 8 people per party.

These individuals will need to have purchased their own tickets in advance.
